Mellow Screamo

I bought Sugar Free's 2nd album "Dramachine" last night. It's pretty good actually. I love the song "Tao" ever since I heard it live at RRC. Something like OPM emo or screamo but more like mellow screamo. I'm sad to say that our gig on Saturday is cancelled. Boogs didn't want to play senti for a start. I was okay with it because I'm that desperate for a gig and I'm honestly admitting it. It's good that Boogs didn't want to because we'd be known as a senti/pop showband. Welo got a little disappointed though and I told everyone too. Oh well, shit happens. I just cleaned my guitars after that. I might go to Las Vegas on February and yes, I'm planning way ahead. If it goes through, I'll go to E3. I'll be going with my dad, he's going there for a convention thingy. Maybe I could get an IPod there. My MP3s are now over 7GB. I also got to download Eric Clapton's "24 Days" (2 CDs) and I think it's live from Japan. I love the solos alot! It's better than "Pilgrim" which I also downloaded. Among the other stuff I got is Jimi Hendrix's "Electric Ladyland". Right now, I'm getting Bush's "The Science of Things". I'm being a good son now and I promised my dad a program for his dentistry diagnostics thingy. Talking about projects, I just got a new power supply for the PC downstairs. That adds to the computer junk that I have here. If you have old computers that you are planning to throw away or broken parts, give them to me. I'll be building a new PC, it'll be mostly made of salvaged parts. I have the following parts with me:

1. ECS K7 VTA3 ver3 motherboard
2. Generic 300w power supply
3. PS/2 Wheeled Mouse
4. PS/2 Standard Keyboard
5. AcerView 15" Monitor

That'll be enough to run a new PC, the only essential parts I need are RAM, hard disk and a graphics card. Whoops, I guess I still need more peices. BTW, we have a new puppy. It's a female Shi Tzu, they named her Lilo. I know, it's not very creative. She's still very small and looks like a wind-up toy dog. My mom treats her like a real baby. You know how it is with the dogs here, they get clothed and shit.
