How Coño Are You?
Man, it gets worse living in this house everyday! Anyway, since I moved the DSL modem downstairs, I have to go downstairs to be online. So that makes me stay downstairs all the time. That sucks because I like staying in my room, I have lots of privacy, no one to bug me, Angel's nearby, I have my sound system there and I can make sure that it's clean. I'll be coupling some LAN cables and have it bring up my room but I'm still thinking how.
Yesterday, classes resumed. We didn't get to do our FILIONE project and it's only 3 weeks left. I have a bad feeling that we'll be cramming on this. After that, we went to Alabang to buy CD-Rs. The CD-R King branch in Alabang is the worst!! Although it's the most spacious, it's still the worst. They're so slow and the people aren't friendly or at least approachable by customers. I think they even hired cheap skanks from the streats who don't know anything about computers.
So after that, we went ate and went around for awhile. I had to go to Makati to rehearse with Danny again. I didn't notice my watch stopped again (for one hour) because I just had it set when it stopped for two days. Well, the last rehearsal was better and sorta fun but I have to admit that I'm losing my skills. It's like I'm turning into a real bum that doesn't know anything. I have to jam more often.
I got home around eleven or something then Fred and his apprentice, Macy, came. He went here only to get a copy of some of my mp3's that he likes (or what he thinks he likes). After that, I have a new house rule here. No more copying of mp3s from me. They are my personal stuff. We have to start respecting the artists and buy the original copies. I'm trying to do that. I've downloaded less recently and nothing's been adding to my collection since the last CD I bought. Yeah, so they kinda wasted my time and made a little noise, I was lucky enough that no one woke up. They were a bit smelly too so I had this feeling of relief when they left.
Today went pretty good. I had my midterms in FILIONE and I think I did pretty okay even if I didn't study for it. Then lunch came, Jenny hitched a ride with me to Paseo, I went to Jollibee for a while to see May-Ann and company then after that I went to El Simon and had some booze. Oh yeah, I was allowed to drive today because I had to pick up my siblings from school and Mom had to wait for dad at the airport.
God, I think I'm really going to fail everything I took this sem. I'm a bit confident with FILIONE but I still have some doubts that make it into 50/50. I hope that TRIGMAT and INTPHIL will go fine, I seriously don't know anything about it right now but the professors seems nice and I have a chance for reconsideration and shit. LITFORM isn't looking good too, it's like I went to a plunge down at the progress graph. Worst of all, DATBASE! I'm not taking any chances on flunking that subject but I can't help being uninterested in it! I just hate it. It looks so busineess oriented. I don't want to be good at it because I know I'll end up in a small cubicle if I did.
I had a talk with Mr. Yuviengco this afternoon. I updated him with the "Flash for Mobile Phones" project. He's still encouraging me. We exchanged ideas and he gave me some hints on the privileges that we can have if we pushed this. BTW, the Games & Gadgets Show (http://www.g2show.com.ph/) will be on January 7-9, 2005 at SM Megatrade Hall 1 & 2. See you, there.
I have very sad news. Chona Mae has left. She's gone! It turns out she wasn't really a maid or a real person. I knew my doubts were somehow right. Anyway, I saw another similar thing, making fun of the coño posers out there. Check it out here. Then the Wiki's over here. I can't believe that I know some people who really talk like that, act like that and are complete posers. What's wrong with the world these days? Check 'em out and tell me if you're one of those dumbass bitches who can't speak straight english.
