I'm Melting!!

So I'm back. Man, it's fuckin hot! Then there's the renovations at the house so I can't use the air conditioner in my room during the day. Even my laptop never reached this temperatures. Talking about renovations, I was telling my dad that I need some stuff to fix the network cabling of the house. He said to wait after the renovations so we can finalize the wiring and stuff. It's a great idea, since we're using the router now, I can hook up the switch there so we get 7 ports to distribute to the rooms of the house. Right now, there are two long cables that lead to upstairs. So far so good, I'm experimenting with my new bass amp. I'm trying to mix tones with the active pre-eq on my bass and the amp-eq, let's see what flavors I can make. Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell about the Macau story. I took the MTR to Shueng Wan around 2PM then took my tickets and accidentally bought 3. Then that's the Turbo Jet from HK to Macau about one hour which departed at 4:15PM. I arrived around 5:30PM at Macau. I walked to the hotel because the dude at the information kiosk said I can walk going there. I also didn't know that there was a shuttle to my hotel every thirty minutes. Si with the help of the cops, I got there. It was funny asking directions to them. Haha! All the hand guestures and the aid of the coupon. It was a fuckin half-hour walk, Emperor Hotel is the name. I checked-in and cooled off for a while. For those who haven't been there, Macau is Asia's Sin City, complete with lined-up hotels, casinos, neon and hookers! So I went out for dinner and decided to eat at a local place. The menu on English had different prices with the Chinese ones but I was already there so I didn't mind. After that, I went around, looked at the casinos, pubs and bars. I couldn't find a bar with a jazz band and I wasn't in the mood to watch futbol so I just kept walking around. So I went to Hotel Lisboa, on the first floors are the casinos and below that is a maze of hallways with girls walking around. One of the girls looked at me and she started talking to me in Chinese or something, she noticed that I couldn't understand a single thing coming out of her mouth. She suddenly said, "Five hundred dollah, my room" and kept on repeating until I got the message and refused. She looked cute and all but I wasn't willing to spend on hoes. Specially with that price. Hahaha! Also, I bumped into this sauna place and checked it out. The receptionist translated for me the price. He said, "Three hundered dollah, sauna; five hundred dollah, she give you hand job and nine hundered dollah she fock you". I just laughed and walked away. I didn't know that the spas there weren't any different from the ones here. So the next day, I checked out and had lunch at Pizza Hut, it cost me just the same to eat at the local place. I bought some pasalubong then took the shuttle back to the pier. I didn't get shots of the night lights because I forgot to get my camera from the room and I was hella lazy. I just took pictures of them during the day instead.
See the construction behind the "Floating Casino"? I think that wasn't there before. Posted by Hello

Here's how you go to Emperor Hotel. You're the "X" with the circle, follow the arrows then, "walk walk walk walk walk". That's what the cop said. Posted by Hello
